All sales are final. Due to the nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, we do not accept returns under any conditions.

Order Cancelations

• Within 2 days of purchase: You may cancel your order for a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 2 days: Cancelations may still be accepted, provided your order has not yet been shipped. However, a 10% cancelation fee on your entire order will be applied to cover credit card processing costs, packaging time, and other associated expenses.
• Once shipped: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
